1.Confirm requirements, drawings and quotation.

2.Sign the PI and receive the deposit.

3.Schedule production with real-time process monitoring.

4.Conduct full internal inspection or arrange your own/third-party inspection after production.

5.Receive the full balance.

6.Complete container loading and shipment, provide the bill of lading with full clearance documents, and offer after-sales technical support.

Throughout the process we also provide prompt inquiry response, specification clarification, samples or 3D drawings for confirmation, material preparation, strict final QC with error-proof packaging, and real-time logistics tracking. Our proactive after-sales system keeps you informed at every stage, supporting smooth international projects.

After final inspection, we strictly implement QC standards and adopt error-proof packaging to ensure zero-defect delivery. We then handle domestic container loading and reinforced packaging according to product features.

Ocean freight can be arranged by the buyer or booked with our assistance. Full clearance documents are supplied upon shipment to support smooth international transportation. Damage during transit belongs to logistics risk; cargo insurance is highly recommended. We take responsibility for defects originating from our factory. Real-time tracking of logistics routes is provided, supported by a proactive after-sales response system.

Our complete process covers packing and delivery as the final stage. Convenient access to Shanghai Port further facilitates efficient logistics for overseas projects, while customers remain informed throughout the delivery phase.

As your dedicated overseas operations partner, we conduct a full internal inspection after mass production is completed. You are welcome to send your own inspector or appoint a third-party agency for additional verification.

Container loading proceeds only after the inspection is fully passed. Any defects identified are rectified before shipment to minimize arrival risks. Our production flow includes raw material preparation, cutting, punching, laser cutting, automatic back-panel and shelving lines, powder coating, and final packing. Real-time data monitoring covers all key processes. Final inspection strictly follows QC standards with error-proof packaging to achieve zero-defect delivery. We hold ISO9001 certification and take responsibility for any quality issues originating from our factory, ensuring reliable support for your international projects.

We mainly quote on FOB Shanghai basis. CFR and CIF are also available upon your request. Main payment term is T/T: 30% deposit for production, balance paid before shipment. Alternative terms can be discussed for large-size projects. All payment conditions shall be confirmed on the formal PI.

After the deposit is received, production scheduling begins with real-time process monitoring. Once production and final inspection are completed, the balance is settled before container loading and shipment. Full clearance documents and the bill of lading are provided together with after-sales technical support.

Standard items have respective MOQ. Full store project orders are exempted from strict per item MOQ and allow mixed loading of different shelving units and accessories. For small trial orders, we will assess feasibility and offer corresponding quotation.
